1. There's no finer place than England in the Autumn
2. Justin Currie is a much maligned singer/songwriter
3. I flew all the way to Australia to see Crowded House on the steps of Sydney's Opera House, and the bastards just reformed
4. I find Carla Bruni strangely disconcerting
5. The word 'Paris', when linked with the word 'Hilton', does a great disservice to the French capital.
