Born 1970.
Fell in love with Agnetha in 1976.
Wanted to be Fish in 1981.
Wore jeans with holes in in 1986 and spent most of my late teens in the Marquee or the Hammy Apollo.
Had musical epiphany (late) when trying to get off with a girl who loved the Smiths, circa 1991.
Entered singer-songwriter phase in early 90s; never left it.
Married with a beautiful daughter (born April 2010), sung to sleep every night, usually James Taylor.
Music was my first love.

First Gig

Saxon at the Ipswich Gaumont, 1985. Supported by a Danish band called Pretty Maids; my mate was convinced they were going to be chicks in suspenders. Naturally, they were men.
