About Me

Always looking for the inevitable next fab tune - luv Steve Winwood, Jess Roden (look out for the 2011 release of his career 5-CD set Anthology - see http://www.jessroden.com), Jaco Pastorius, David Sylvian, Pat Metheny, Kokomo, Hamish Stuart, Doc Pomus (love the biography), Randy Newman, Marc Cohn, Tom Waits, Joni Mitchell, Pearlfishers, Kate Rusby, Brian Kennedy, Richie Havens ......... ooh & The Blue Nile.

I sing & play keys in a band called THE COHEN BROTHERS http://www.thecohenbrothers.co.uk - I write much of our original material and we are writing some great new songs together for inclusion on 2011 album release "This Is Life !" the follow up to our first album "Moving On". We're opening the Cropredy Festival Fringe event in Cropredy Village on August 6th 2011 which we're really looking forwards to.

My wierdest fact is being introduced to Star Wars "space" by Lucas' special effects editor supremo Conrad Buff during a weekend walk-about Industrial Light & Magic in 1980 (following a meeting with him & his sister in a motel pool whilst on a road trip with a couple of buddies - its a long story!)
