About Me

After failing to get my semi-talented band(See "my website" if you have an affinity for semi-talented Norwegian eighties guitar bands) signed to CBS in '89 I started working for them instead, just weeks before CBS became Sony Music. Frustrated with inability to postpone the campaign for Celine Dion's "The Colouor Of My Love" for yet another year, I left Sony Music and went over to doing radio at NRK (which is a bit like the BBC, only in Norwegian). Still do.

Oslo, November 11, 1977; Yes, supported by Donovan. Keep this in mind, though: I was 13 at the time. WW2 was barely over. Jimmy Carter was President. Also, Rick Wakeman was back in the band, and they had A LASER!

Strange Fact

I once had dinner with Julio Iglesias and, upon returning home, was attacked by a badger in my own backyard. I have also - strangely, on two separate occasions - danced with Jon Landau and had coffee with his lovely old mum.
