About Me

Nearly 50 and can't believe it. Still feel like I'm 17. Live in Bristol these days but hail from SW Scotland and have spent most of my adult life in SE London.

In the 1960s

First Gig

Slade at the Glasgow Apollo in 1973 (or maybe 1974). My dear old dad came with me and could not believe the vulgarity or volume. He spent much of the gig tearing up paper hankies and stuffing them in his ears.
