About Me

Magic Ship is the name of the band where I write songs and play guitar. We liken ourselves to being a classic rock outfit but I like to think we're more classic pop! Our brand of music has been described as: "If you grew up in the 1960's and 70's listening to the rock music of the day; this is the band for you." Others haven't been so kind with one online reviewer saying that: "If they were any more clichéd' they'd be Status Quo!" Personally speaking, this isn't such a problem as I'm often to be found chivvying up the boys to play more clichéd' at every turn. So I guess I am to blame. Lock up your mothers' daughters because we're dad rockers and we don't care...
