"His career is headed in a cool new direction"
why? is he big in Lapland?
Not necessarily...
... I saw Kylie at T in the Park in 1995 (so before the hotpants comeback), and she went down a storm... she caused an enormous queue at the NME signing Tent, and the sight of a bunch of indie fans jumping up and down to "I Should Be So Lucky" and "Better The Devil You Know" was fun.
Didn't the Sugababes do something similar last year?
Will
he's mainly ballads though he isn't he? Not much jumping up and down music that I know of.
I'm saying...
...you could get rather more than a Rizla between Kylie and Will Young. I think there's case for locking him up for his own protection.
Babes in mudland
I walked past the sugarbabes singing at glasto one time, couldn't tell how they were going down as it was raining. Couldn't tell if the band themselves were having a good time as they had that scowl on that they do. Has anyone ever seen the sugarbabes smile?
I quite like WIll Young
actually.
Me too
My axe grinds not a jot in the direction of Mr Young.
Me neither...
...I just hope he's quick on his feet.
This sounds to me like they intend to do a
Will goes Jack Johnson schtick.
Which can't possibly work, as Mr Johnson has that boho beach bum charm, while Mr Young, nice as he probably is, only has that, er, ....
Bottles of...
He will most probably be sent running off stage by the barage of airborn bottles of buckfast... and I hear he's on at Glastonbury too.
