Winter spam blizzard
Posted by Four Eyes on 6 January 2010 - 8:24pm.
There seems to have been a slightly higher than usual number of spam postings blagging their way past the Word bouncers and gatecrashing the site lately. Hats off to the Massive IT Security Squad* for escorting them from the premises so swiftly and depositing them in a crumpled heap round the back, by the bins.
*Fraser - that's you that is.

Hear hear...
it's a royal pain in the backside. Praise be to Fraser for removing them as quickly as possible.
Sure it's Fraser?
He might just be walking the Hindu Kush or riding a bicycle around Pyongyang at this very moment...
Has anyone been experiencing
more junk email than usual over the past couple of weeks?
I'm vexed by it - I haven't given the address to anyone new & can't work out why the sudden surge. I have a .mac address - any similar probs or advice on how to fix it?
Hats off to you
I was also going to start a new post saying hurrah to getting rid of spam, but then I thought maybe that was just as bad as spam anyway? What's worse, spam or talking about spam? Is there a word for talking about spam?
Of course....
Spamalot!
I find it quite amusing.
It's not like any of us are going to be fooled by it and quite often some good posts get made before they get taken down.
Now. Who wants some Vicodin? I've also got a selection of interesting pictures available for those who wish to peruse them and, oddly, there's £12,000,000 knocking about in one of my unclaimed accounts which a Mr N'Bdago has asked me to dispose of.
Rolex, anyone?
