It's angry, dark, bitter, despairing and funny. All beautifully played and sung with real feeling. It's brilliant. Kate Mossman's brief review in the magazine didn't do it justice.
It really shows the kids of today how it should be done.

I had a quick listen. Im a fan from Boomers Story and into the Purple Valley etc. but this is hardly his masterpiece compared to those and Bop Till You drop.
Personally not in favour of politcal songs. Neil Young's protest records are poor for example.
