interesting
I didn't even clock I could delete my scrobbles. Must go back and rub out my boomerang wont come back, or is Charlie Drake ironically cool now?
No.
Everyone's listening to Terry Scott - didn't you know?
is that the one
when he dressed up as a schoolboy?
Does it take into account...
... duplication by the scrobbler? I had an issue where tunes scrobled from my iPod were duplicated, so I went through & deleted them. Might explain wht Fleet Foxes etc. appear.
Or maybe those who use torrents get albums earlier than release date, then delete them from the scrobbler to 'cover' the fact?
Just a few thoughts...
I'm very happy with my Lady GaGa entries
It's my wife's Dylan tracks that are picked up through our sharde iTunes that I have a problem with.
A coming-clean
I thought Lady Gaga's performance of "Poker Face" at Gallstonebury was top-notch proper pop, in the finest Boney M. tradition.
And she can sing better than Madonna. And Kylie.
Thank you.
But
was she not miming heavily in that performance? Certainly all the proper singing seemed to be pre-recorded. Granted, she was very good at demanding "jump" and "scream" of the audience...
No.
Granted the Lady GaGa image is a PR fluff creation but the girl has a set of proper tubes on her. We tend to forget that there are people who can walk the walk AND talk the talk whilst wearing high heels and an odd Hussein Chalyan dress without the need for Autotune or lipsynching.
Not convinced
from the footage I saw, but I'm not too fussed either way either...
