What chance a Word magazine iPhone app?

Kit Hogue's picture

Given the number of iPhone users on this site, isn't it time some clever person developed our very own app? How about it, Fraser? It's dashed inconvenient doing the whole enlarging-the-text-with-thumbs thing all the time.

Apps

I'm afraid that building iPhone apps isn't part of my limited skill-set, but if anyone else wants to have a go, they're more than welcome to try. There would, of course, be no financial incentive to do so.

A couple of musical suggestions

1. Detect the tracks you'd played furthest in the past (or indeed never), and insist you play them.

2. When you pick any track from an album, it goes to track 1 instead of that same album and plays all tracks in order until the end of the last one, with no option to skip any.

It could

keep a count of how many tracks you have on your itunes that you have never listened to. And how much you have spent on them.
