Viv Stanshall spotted in audience of 1978 Disco Dancing competition?

Vic and Bob did a themed night of their favourite stuff on bbc 2 in the mid 90s and they included clips of a 1978 disco dancing championship that was hilarious. I found a different clip on youtube and I'm sure Vivian Stanshall is in the audience in the lower right of the frame at this point:

He even has his octagonal glasses on. The whole clip is bookended by Bob Mills, and not Vic and Bob, and he isn't as funny as the clips Vic and Bob originally showed:

If you like similarly energetic but much better dancing check out 'Soul Train Line' clips on youtube. They can be addictive though.

Looks like Viv
but I don't think it is. Viv died in 1995 and for several years before that he was almost bald with a long plaited beard.
It doesn't quite have Viv's bearing or body language and that bloke is a little too stocky.
Don't think much
of the Austrian contestant.
Although I'm yet to see any impressive dancing in Germany or Austria, outside of gay clubs.
