Tying together 2 recent word podcast/shopcast topics

We've recently had a shopcast on the Kinks Collection (massive great, BTW - both the 'cast and the set) and discussion in the regular podcast about artists raising money in new ways.
Now there's a documentary made by a fellow who is trying to get the Kinks to reunite. He is looking to raise money from individuals to complete editing.
I guess it's karma to join these topics together in one link...

...he's a man with a passion, isn't he? I admire his energy and joie de vivre. If he could bottle it, I'd be first in the queue to buy some! But I've no spare cash to fund his film...
It would be great...
...to see them reform but they were together for over 30 years, playing their last gig in 1996.Having seen Ray Davies live I don't remember thinking this would have been better with the classic Kinks line up.
