First aired late last year. Repeated earlier this evening on BBC2.

(Very) loosely based on Douglas Adams' "holistic detective" character. The method Dirk (Mangan) uses to gain access to the psychiatrist's patient files is one of the funniest scenes ever, in my opinion.

Aren't they going to do any more?
Is the plan just to repeat this ad infinitum?
Reminds me of that other BBC 4 programme about statistics presented by a mad Swedish prof. I kept tuning in for weeks until I realised their plan was to just keep repeating the (admittedly great) first one....

Have to say I was mildly disappointed with the first one. I think coming so quickly after the majestic Sherlock it paled in comparison. DG had everything going for it, especially the cast, so I hope the new episodes are an improvement.
