This is what I want for Christmas

From The Grauniad's daily football email:

It's not only tax-dodging students who are struggling to find jobs in Britain. Unemployed Argentinian Diego Maradona wants one too. "The only problem is all the teams I like in England have good coaches," he sobbed. "If any important job comes along I will accept it."

Maradona in charge of a Premiership team would be awesome. I really want it to happen!

Wait a few months for Roberto Mancini to get the sack...

and it will surely happen.

Now that's a

wonderful thought. (Not that I have anything against Mancini)

Neither do I...

but the thought of my beloved Fergie up against Maradona is mouth-watering in the extreme!

As a Utd fan...

I was going to clarify the above by saying that I would obviously like him to be a manager of any other Premiership side, but sod it, I'd even have him replace Fergie if he announces a shock retirement, if that was the only way it could happen!
