They really were rather good.

I have just discovered the joys of Little Feat, always passed me by for some reason but I have started to delve into the back catologue and they really are rather good.

Thanks for the link!

One of the commenters on that page has a way with words...

"This has all the snot, all the git down moist 'n meaty lewd serious jizz you know is the real Feat.

Back when parents were first worried about what kind of raw urgent sex power Rock n Roll had lurking in the soft white folds of cotton panties - this was the band they feared in their worst nightmares."

Couldn't have put it better myself!

Well, eff me sideways

Listening to The Fan as I type. And being blown away

The Pernice Brothers

Another fine WORD poster put me on to the Pernices. Splendid they are as well.

By some strange

incidence they were on BBC4 last night in a programme about Guitar Heroes. As good as Lowell George was the whole band were excellent. Funky without trying. Think I will have a Spotify Feat session later.

My favourite band

"Desert island disks" would be easy. All the Little Feat albums. Everything you need included.

Well done Wood, a lifetime of pleasure awaits you.
