I recall Puckrick meeting Sparks on Mark Radcliffe's late evening Radio 1 show many years ago. She was a regular contributor. A few months later she told us that they'd invited her to visit them in the USA if she was ever local. She added that the Mael brothers were somewhat stunned when she did. She made it sound like they hadn't really meant it. Anyway, a quick mooch on the internet and it turns out that they've been friends for a while.

Thanks for the link. One of Sparks' live DVDs was filmed in Stockholm. Obviously Sweden likes them as well.

And, after "Tsui Hark", it's another Sparks song about a film director. I'm sure there must be more.
