I don't know to what extent Twitter has taken root amongst the Word massive yet, but if you haven't checked it out take a look at Stephen Fry's posts from his voyages around Africa. Wonderful indeed.

I was a bit freaked out
... when I started following him on Twitter he started following me too. Not unreasonable, you might think, but he was the first person. I even got an e-mail with the subject "Stephen Fry is following you."
