If you go to the gigs at Lowdham Village Hall, Hebden Bridge Trades Club or The Duchess in York make sure you say hello to the young Japanese couple who are flying over for a week especially to see the band. I'll be at some of them putting my iPhone translator app to good use.

Nabady's afeart tae play in Scotland, James: the band have ventured o'er the Wall several times since their reformation in 2007. In addition, the wonderful Clare Lindley, violinist suprreme and band member, is a Scottish lassie herself, coming frae Huntly, near Aberdeen.
