I'm grateful to the excellent @Beatlestweets for the information that 3 out of 5 users identified this picture as Harry Potter. John Lennon is clearly not the most Potterlike pop star.

Agreed, though the more you look at the Keith comparison the more it works. All Dobby needs is the bandana/hat combo and he IS the Elf Riff.
