Apparently last Thursday, 6 Music, in a nod to the Facebook campaign to protest at the closure of 6 by getting 'Joy Division Oven Gloves' to Number 6 in the charts, made a point of playing tracks by all the artists named in Half Man Half Biscuit's 'Irk The Purists'.
