She gets a bit of a hammering in the judgment

http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2008/mar/18/law.divorce1?gusrc=rss&feed=ukn...

Mills - who had appealed to keep the judgment - was portrayed in a far worse light than her estranged husband and on several points the judge questioned her character.

He said there was no evidence of her "charitable giving", ridiculed her claim to have been McCartney's business partner as "make-believe" and said she was a "volatile and explosive" personality who could be her "own worst enemy".

The judge was complimentary about McCartney, saying "the husband's evidence was, in my judgment, balanced. He expressed himself moderately, though at times with justifiable irritation, if not anger. He was consistent, accurate and honest."

Explaining his award, Mr Justice Bennett said it was "unfair" for her to expect to live in the same manner after she divorced someone who made the "vast bulk" of his money before they met. Evidence of Mills' demands were made clear when Mr Justice Bennett said she had wanted £35,000 a year for helicopter flights and that she had only ever flown first class since the age of 25. Overall she had demanded £3.25m a year.

I suggest we move on

and rise above the pointless speculation.

Money - root of all evil

Poor old Heather, she just can not help herself. She is her worst enemy but it does not make Macca a saint. In his case "no fool like an old fool" fits the bill.
