It sounds great - just what you'd expect from her. Who wrote it?
Kish Mauve
Apparently it was written by electropop group Kish Mauve. I didn't know until I looked them up that they had originally done "2 Hearts" which Kylie covered on her last album.
Stuart Price (he of Les Rythmes Digitales and Jacques Lu Cont) produced the song.

but as with all Kylie's successful songs, it works despite her rather than because of her.

Shockingly, there's also a couple of girls kissing and fondling each other. I checked on freeze-frame and slo-mo. Several times. Just to make sure how shocking it was. And it was. Shocking.
