I think Steve Earle once said something like "if a song can't be played on an acoustic guitar, then it's not much of a song".

That's not a guitar he's playing though...certainly not a standard one. I've no idea what it is....actually, if you know, don't tell me as I struggle as it is with the strings I already have.
