People Are Great.

Over the past few weeks I've been working towards a Classic Album night at my local independent movie house, Newcastle's Tyneside Cinema.
Last night was the first of four.
The over-riding feeling I took from the evening - people are great.
That's it.

...sure there's some nasty b'stards out there, but on the whole people are bloody great. In reference to a comment I made on the 'what's your idea of hell?' thread, Satre was wrong.

I saw that in the brochure and thought it looked like a good idea. Glad it went well. Though I'm a friend of the Tyneside I no longer live near enough to pop along as often as I'd like. I'd have been there otherwise. Hope the next few go well.

I got tweets from the wonderful Tyneside Cinema and the name rang a bell. Glad it went well, and great to see a fantastic venue being used.
