Out of print book - good news

jimmyshoes01's picture

Julian Cope's Head On/ Repossessed is being reissued on April 14th.
That has just saved me a pretty penny on eBay. I have never read it and I can't wait following the gushing praise it universally receives.
Just need Diary of a Rock'n'Roll Star to follow suit.

Any other stonking music tomes need a fresh run at the printers?

Hunter

Diary of a Rock'n'Roll Star is available as a reprint from Independent Music Press for about 7 quid.

Krautrocksampler

from Cope would be another good one to reprint.

Agreed

But I'm pretty sure Mr Cope has gone on the record saying it's never going to happen.

It's still available in German but that's not a lot of use to me unfortunately!

If you look around the interwebs it's available as a PDF download, completely un-legit of course.

My Magpie Eyes Are Hungry For The Prize,...

..David Kavanagh's history of Creation only seems to be available for silly money on the "secondary market". I'd love to read that. Maybe it will get a reprint prompted by the upcoming film release.
