"Oooooh It's A Tiara!"

I think there are quite a few fans of The Big Bang Theory on here, so I thought I'd share this priceless moment from the new series currently airing here in the US. Mayim Bialik, aka Amy Farrah Fowler, is rapidly becoming TBBT's secret weapon...

I'm so glad
you Brits are enjoying the Big Bang. I was an early adopter.
Now if I could just figure out your position on the greatest sitcom ever. I'm referring to Seinfeld of course.
I believe I can clarify this one...
It's the greatest sitcom ever.
Seinfeld was sabotaged on this side of the world
by crazy scheduling (on very late, then at different times, on different days and series just stopping in the middle). I'd agree with everyone's comments about BBT and would add another thing that impresses me is how much the guy who plays Raj gets from the lines he is given.
Query for you and our other American friends: I just finished catching up on series 7 of The Office. I had no idea that Steve Carrell was leaving. I see series 8 is up and running in the U.S. and was wondering how The Office without Michael is going down with the punters. Seems like Hamlet without the Prince to me....
I haven't been watching
The Office in the last year or two. Not sure why. But I was recently told by a reliable source that it's been really funny with the new 'Michael' - I forget the actor's name but I've really enjoyed him on other shows in the past.
Ed Helms
as Andy "The Nard Dog" Barnard is the new office manager, with James Spader as the CEO, Robert California. Truth be told its been a little hit or miss without Carrell, as I think they're trying to find their feet still, but it has more of an ensemble feel about it rather than relying on the Michael Scott character so much. And there's always this guy:
Thanks.
It's not that I don't like the other characters - Andy is a particular favourite, and James Spader's cameo in the last series was great. It's just that Michael was the emotional centre of the programme. And I always thought it was a rule of sitcoms that you can't escape...
I like Amy.
She's very funny. Loved the episode with the waltz then drunk then hangover.
My daughter got me into this
and I can now safely say it's the best thing on TV, on any channel (freeview, anyway).
Sheldon Cooper B.S., M.S., M.A., Ph.D., Sc.D...
Is the finest comic creation of the last decade IMHO.
