one work one artist 20 minutes

On Sunday evening I cut out on the Jazz jamming session as I was "all out of sorts " heading for the Metro I plugged my ipod in to listen to the only audiobook which is so outside my usual remit ,the new Lee Child novel 61 hours . There I stood listening to the story of this modern Knight errant , I was amazed to find myself sitting across from Jeff Harding, the actor voicing the audiobook . We then had a great chat for about 20 mins re audiobooks , methods employed by which actors voice genders not their own ect . I was lifted out of my funk .
So my question is one album , one artist ( band member ? producer ect involved with it living or dead ) and twenty minutes who could lift you out of a funk ?

Neil Hannon
Intelligent, funny and brilliant with words. He would be foolproof cheering me up.
Similarly
On the subject of seeing artists on trains whilst listening to their work - I once saw Ross Millard from t'Futureheads on the Tyne & Wear Metro whilst I was listening to their debut album.
Stuck In A Lift
If I had to be stuck in a lift with anybody and needing interesting conversation then I'd choose Eno I think.
(what the Simonl subtitles are saying at this point is: Conversation? Pah! What you actually want is to be stuck in the lift with Christina Hendricks...)
