Interesting version this, nice find; one of my favourite tunes of recent years, it kind of helped me get through a smelly summer, working on the bins with Scarborough Borough Council a few years ago. Lovely song, as catchy as herpes.

The song, actually. It grates in both its tunefulness (or lack of) and its sentiment. I like Dawn landes but had to excise her version from the i-pod, as it still couldn't make it decent for me, however well sung and played. (Not a fan of herpes, either)

Just back from a long trip and feeling sorry for myself for having to earn a crust again and that has just lifted the spirit. Top song and Top Cover. Sweet in a "Little Miss Sunshine/Juno" kind of way.
