Oggy and The Cockroaches

I have been watching a kids programme called Oggy and The Cockroaches with my 5 year old who loves it. The 3 cockroaches are called DeeDee Marky and Joeyand I noticed that these are the names of the Ramones. A quick scrawl on Wikipedia confirms that this is delibrate.
Can anyone else think of cartoon characters named after musicians?I dont mean cameos in the Simpsons or cartoons made about stars

Not exactly what you're after but ...
... in an episode of the 70s sitcom Only When I Laugh (set in a hospital, starring Richard Wilson & James Bolam among others), one of the characters aquired a dog and announced its name was Throbbing Gristle.
I'm not sure whether the truth about how that happened would be stranger than the many fictional reasons you could think up.
