Interesting sound. I assume that you mean it is being played at 1/8 of the orignal speed which would be slowed down by 87.5 % to 12.5%. If it was slowed down by 100% it would stop. I know I am being pernickety but I hate to see this type of thing being propogated.
On a lighter note I wonder what Sigur Ros sped up 8 times would sound like.
