New Loudon Album

..as the self appointed Zsar on LW3 , following last months choose yourself an artist thread. I thought i would let those of you who care, know that Loudon Wainwright 3's new album comes out in April.The title is "Older Than My Old Man Now", Includes some of the material from last years tour , though sadly not Dead Mans Clothes!!! However "In C" was a show stopper.

I've no idea how he entered my life - where I first heard him, or who introduced me - but LWIII has been a huge part of my musical life for years and years. And, I'm delighted to say, he's now part of the rare set of go-to-guys who unite my wife, my kids and me.
It would not be much of a stretch to make every one of my Desert Island Discs a Loudo track, and I'd easily cover the whole range of human emotion from high comedy to deep, dark tragedy.
Thanks for the info - I saw last year's tour in York, and I'm looking forward to this new CD very, very, very much indeed.

and look forward to this. Last years gig at Warwick Arts Centre included a great song about having his guitar confiscated at Durango airport. From the listed song titles for his new album it doesn't appear this song is on there. Anyone know what it was called and if it exists anywhere on disc?
