Errr, yeah, it means that Bob Dylan has recorded some traditional songs for Christmas, hence a vaguely Christmas card image.

Doesn't Bob make you chuckle? I think its great he does something not that weird (singer records songs with a theme...releases album) and everyone asks 'What does it mean?'.
Anyway, he's already released the best album of the year so far, maybe this will top it.
