Na Na Na Na (etc.) = doubleplus good

I like records that go Na Na Na. Except for that one by the Stylistics, they're all good.

For instance, this absolute corker by Sara Evans...

And a serious contender for a Best Record Ever Made-type award...

There's the one-time richest woman in pop...

And the man with the physical hammer...

Not forgetting...

Hey, readers! Can you think of any more?

Hush

Thanks for that Lucas. It's in some TV advert or other at the moment and it's been bugging me.

Well...

...the Deep Purple version is the more famous one, obviously. But you can't beat Joe South.

Joe South

He does have a certain something. His 'Walk A Mile In My Shoes' is on Uncle Bob's TTRH compilation and it's still excellent. My Joe South Top 3? 'Games People Play', 'Walk A Mile In My Shoes' and now 'Hush'.

Gold Medal Winner

One of my favourite tracks is "Na Na Na" by Ian Brown on Unfinished Monkey Business. Trouble is there's no Youtube of it (I believe it was written by one of his band and has rather suffered from underexposure).

Investigate it if you don't know it. It's really fab.
