Mystery CD appearance

Here's the thing: there are CDs in my collection that I KNOW I did not buy.

How did they get there? Were they left by someone who doesn't like me in an attempt to wreck my musical cred?

How else can you explain the presence of a CD by that infernal Twain woman?

Does anyone else have unexplained CDs? Share the pain....

Yes.

I have *two* copies of the same CD by an American band called The Modey Lemon.

I have no idea who they are or how they got there.

Gets worse on-Line

One of the draw backs of allowing my daughter to sync her IPOD to the same I-Tunes account as me is that my IPOD ends up with things like High School Musical 2 on it (as happened overnight). She borrows the CD from a friend and then it ends up in my collection.
I occasionally get her back by dropping a Leonard Cohen classic into her playlist.

Hands Up

I have a copy of Rio that I nicked off David Dixon. I have no idea why.
I have two copies of The Clash, I know I never bought a copy.
I have a cassette of This Is Soul that I lifted from a student party, for which I apologise and someone has my copy of Enlightenment.
