Anyone on this site interested in My Bloody Valentine? I'm going to one of these shows and there's quite a bit of buzz around them, but haven't seen much here. Anybody out there care for them?

Looking forward to it immensely. The last time I saw them was on the Rollercoaster tour, with Blur, Dinosaur Jr and Jesus And Mary Chain. They were ever so loud, but my memory of the gig (especially JAMC who were on last) is little more than a drunken haze. I do seem to remember Dinosaur Jr being pretty terrible, though (and I love the records).
The first time I saw them was at the Garage club, downstairs at the Clarendon in Hammersmith - supporting Mike Spenser and the Cannibals (for whom I was playing guitar). They certainly progressed pretty rapidly from that scene (MBV, that is...)
