music blogs

I'm finding more and more new music through MP3 blogs (actually, often it's new to me, but old music from a chronological perspective). I suspect others are too.

Apologies if it's been done before, but I'd imagine a call out to the word, ahem, massive, will bring forth a cavalcade of delights.

Here are three from me:

http://funky16corners.wordpress.com/
Utterly fantastic 60s 70s funk obsessive who rips from crackly vinyl.

Audio Out: ex rave scenester posts old 12 inches

http://rideyourpony-twighlightzone.blogspot.com/
Twighlight Zone - entire out of print rockabilly, garage punk, funk etc.

I could go on, but won't. I want to hear yours.

Little Hits

http://www.littlehits.com/blog/ is a favourite of mine, it has a habit of posting obscure Eighties singles that I remember from my youth.

Try these

This first one I visit at least twice a week and I have mentioned here before: www.coverlaydown.blogspot.com
Also for covers: www.zeonmusic.blogspot.com
www.coverfreak.com

Others I rate www.sixsongs.blogspot.com
www.boogiewoogieflu.blogspot.com
www.settingthewoodsonfire.com

The joy is that if you find one you like, they too will offer a list of ones they like, allowing endless rambled thru' hyperspace (or wherever the interweb is)

Everybody should visit those!
