IS a goddamn classic. So there! And "Into The Great Wide Open" isn't so bad either.
But this IS his best since...

Remarkable stuff. And there was I thinking Fairport had nicked the tune from their americana (before the word existed) leanings, pre their folk incarnation, seeing as it bore so little tuneful resonance with the various Little Sir Musgroves of Carthy/Planxty singing, which tell the same tale.
