Their website announces "R.I.P. - 13 August 2006"

Not wishing to point the finger at anyone but...

"Members of Southern Blues were informed today that singer, Len Hirons, no longer wishes to continue with the band and has cancelled all engagements. The band apologises for any inconvenience this may cause."

How this news managed to escape the national music press I'll never know. Will the Bogner Carnival ever be the same again?
