Judy Collins - all acoustic Who Knows Where The Time Goes

SpaceBoy's picture

Very quick question-I am looking to get the all acoustic version by Judy Collins of Who Knows Where The Time Goes i.e. not the later one with drums which is on the *CD* of Colours of the Day [LP had the acoustic version].

Have tracked down the options mentioned below, has anybody heard these CDs ?

Judy Collins on the B-side of her single Both Sides Now (1968). This sparseley instrumented recording was also used in the film The Subject Was Roses and was included on her compilation album Colors of the Day (1972), on the soundtrack of the movie A Walk on the Moon (1999), and on the CD Great Lost Elektra Singles Volume 1 (2005)

Haven't heard any of them but...

...the Great Lost Elektra Singles is available second hand for 2.99 at Amazon. The UK site doesn't give a traclklisting but the US site does complete with sample snippets.

Thanks so much

hadn't looked at Amazon and indeed the clip they have on the US site makes it clear its the right version-the vn with drums sounds like a v crude stitching on of the backing not long before that part. It's as much the break that annoys me as the superfluous backing track.
