Entertainment For Lively Minds
It's Fist Of Fun!!!! *
Maybe you like the anarchic humour and swearing or are older viewers who just like the noise and crazy patterns of their shirts - well Rich and Stew have bought the tapes from the evill BBC and Patrick Marber to release Series 1 of seminal student humour series FIST OF FUN! on DVD avaliable to preorder now from home grown DVD label Go Faster Stripe

BTW if you hate Stewart Lee & Richard Herring then no need to say so, just keep quiet and imagine their pockets emptying as this self financed venture means they are unable to heat their homes this winter. So buy this or Stewart Lee will freeze to death as he tries to keep warm by burning his Fall albums. Do you really want that?
Here's some childish humour to make you happy or angry

I am Rod Hull
I am.
I am him.
etc...ad nauseam
It's only a shame...
...that there's no commentary from The Actor Kevin Eldon.
Aaaaah
But apparently, there is.
Aaaaah, so there is.
I must learn to read someday.
Are you a fool?
Don't you even know that yet? I do.
Bob's
Morris Mitchener.
Yes Simon Quinlank
pops up on a commentary track to give his opinion
One hopes he has some hot
One hopes he has some hot lemon drink with him.
Am I
the only one who thinks Rainn Wilson may have watched this in preparation for his role as Dwight Schrute in The Office USA?
Now to find a computer...
"with internet access..."
That's the problem you see...
You want the moon on a stick.
All of you.
That's what you want
Sally Phillips
Always makes me happy.
That takes me back
Still very funny!
Brilliant
Can we have "This Morning With Richard Not Judy" as well?
(Ahh ... memories of Sunday Morning entertainment whilst nursing a hangover)
Aaah
...but you can see all of TMWRNJ here:
http://www.stewartlee.co.uk/oldshows.htm
He's taken down the Fist of Fun ones, though.
If they don't lose their shirt
over these releases then yes TMWRNJ (tmwrnj!) will be next. Series 2 of FOF will be out in the Spring
Huzzah!
I was a big fan of the Kurious (and increasingly frightening) Orange
Pre-ordered.
Ta, DFB!
Humorous, certainly....
...but is it actually funny?
Yes.
Objectively. Factually.
The fact is...
...comedy has not been much good since 1971.
And "indie" comedy is especially shite.
*receives lifetime Word subscription*
And complementary beard.
*dons cardigan with padded elbows*
I think that's a bit unfair. But also funny. But actually unfair. DH asked a question rather than knocking the subject whilst suggesting that all three series of MPFC were the high water mark of television comedy.
In answer to the question, yes i found it funny.
Yes it is funny *
I've checked. I make that strange sound with my mouth and everything
* not to curmudgeonly faced miserable sods
Curmudgeonly CORNISH faced miserable sods.
Pay attention there, boy.

Don't Forget
Histor's Eye on TMWRNJ.
And Stewart Lee's real Parables.
