I'm Rich

All this assessment of musical genres, got me digging out some stuff.
I looked to see how much some were going for.
Bloody Hell. The Mott The Hoople/Hunter/Ronson, Sparks, Big Country, XTC, ELO stuff I've got is going for an absolute fortune.
I was gobsmacked.

But...

I'm betting that you wouldn't...
No Patrick
I just couldn't.
Wot Mott
is selling? I have a few and need a new Mac so any extra groats would be welcome.

This is a great site for pricing records
It doesn't tell you what to expect it tells you what price the item has actually achieved in the past.

I've got it cued up to a record I bought for $0.10c and then watched gobsmacked as it was auctioned on ebay.
careful now -
there should be one of those internet laws that highlights the fact that when you see something you own going for megabucks, by the time you get yours online so will umpty-odd other folks and yours will sell for much less.
Mint condition?
In our collections? Yeah, right...... (except Vulpes who has duplicate copies on vinyl of every cherished record ever made. You name it, he's got it ;-)
Well-used and Antique patina
You could claim that the beer stains on the covers give your records a provenance that the still-sealed mint condition brigade don't have.
I'd have to describe all my LPs as well used and passed around!
