Iggy - That's Peanut Butter

Iggy and the Stooges in their crazed pomp in 1970 - with occasional commentary from an utterly baffled US regional TV presenter of the time. A bit like the judges in Best in Show, only funnier. And towards the end Iggy acts exactly the degenerate rock'n'roll Messiah that countless other artists since have only been able to dream of.

Wonderful...

I love watching footage of bands in which the generation gap is so apparent.

Nowdays you'd have some teenage presenter looking like a refugee from a Shockwaves hair gel advert talking absolute gibberish and pretending to be best mates with Iggy.
