Identify the Spotify "sting"

OK, this is driving us bonkers:
Before or after the Spotify Premium ads ("Hi, I'm XXX from Spotify...") there's now often a very brief musical "sting", only about 6 notes. We're convinced it's the opening to a popular song.
A colleague reckoned it was something by Michael Jackson. Having had a quick trawl through his "greatest hits" (which won't have done my Last.fm profile much good) we just can't place it.
Can any Spotifiers identify it?

When I first heard it I thought of Diamonds and Pearls. Does the notoriously litigious Prince know about this I wonder?

for Diamonds and Pearls. I see what sheev means regarding Jessica, but the tempo's wrong.

It's Diamond and Pearls for sure, was going to post a thread on this after hearing it again tonight! One of Prince's better later songs.

not so sure. I remember it as an ident. of some sort, rather like those stings they used to play before announcements in French railway stations. Maybe Roberta can enlighten us.
