I seem to like the albums of popular entertainers that others don't.

Ah Beck

Was it Q Magazine who declared him to be the most important/influential figure in music a decade or so ago?

Now his CDs are clogging up the racks of every second hand record shop in the land.

I love Beck!

And I love that album. Although I wouldn't go as far as to proclaim him the most important figure in music. Clearly that honour goes to Olly Murs ;-)

A good quiz night question

is "which 1996 album featured a Komondor leaping a show jumping fence?"

Who?

Oh.

Sea Change

and Midnight Vultures are my favourite two Beck albums. They get way more airtime than the ones I'm supposed to like best (Odelay et al.)

Snap.

Entirely agreed.

Highway Companion is one of my Tom Petty favourites

You should listen to this really loud when driving towards Älmeboda with the sun occasionally hitting you between the trees.
