I hope the poor doggie is alright

I have no interest in this hyped-up, drugged-up "sport" of pedal pushing and my immediate concern was for the poor bloody mutt that was going about it's business when these lyra-clad juggernauts decided to mow it down.
While casting around on YouTube I see this is a fairly regular occurence. Does the RSPCA know? Ouch.
