Is this an ode to Barry's plastic surgeon? Anyone else think he looks a tad weird lately?

Agree with that. He looks the same, yet some how, well, different.
Aside from the obvious weave, I could only put the difference down to the fact that he'd actually gone and COMBED his hair.

I saw Manilow on the Paul O'Grady Show. He looked like a clown had made him out of balloons.

My sentiments, exactly.
Made me laugh outloud. And part of the reason it's so funny is because it's actually a very good description. You see a lot of examples of bad and/or too much plastic surgery, especially in women, but I've never seen anything like the way poor Barry is looking these days. It's very sad.
I haven't heard him recently so I wonder if messing with your face like that affects your singing voice. (I've always assumed that's why Streisand never had a nose job. Or maybe she was just always happy with the way she looks. If so, good for her.)
