This may be a brief blog . Does anyone know if I can email a podcast which is in my itunes, to someone else if yes how ? Thanks .

Write your email, click attach file, navigate to My Music/iTunes/podcasts, keep going till you find the one you want, attach it. It might be enormous though. Too big it won't email. They're just mp3 files.

If it is too big, you could upload it to a site such as Mediafire. You'll then have a simple link that you can send and the recipient can download it from that.

Dropbox
If you're just sending it to one other person regularly then the easiest way is probably for you both to have Dropbox accounts and use the shared area.
