Saw them about 5 years ago in London and they were excellent. Previously saw/experienced them many years before that at Glastonbury (Man - just after La Bamba was a UK hit for them). They were very good then too on a warm sunny afternoon.
They can really rock hard and yet play soft, melodic and pretty too and they have prescence. Better live than on the records I've heard, in my opinion. I'd go and see them again.

I think Junior may well be right on his comment above. I saw them at Guilfest last summer and they did put the effort in and were quite entertaining. If it's not too expensive I'd certainly see them again.

do a good impersonation of themselves but have lost that 'roar' they used to have back in Lemmy, Dik Mik and Del days. If you want to see what Hawkwind were like back in those glory days look out for a young American combo called White Hills.
