googled it instead of exposing my ignorance. Which i just did so now i do know.
My former hairdresser

Once it gets thin on top, just shave it all off. The toilet seat is not a good look.
Tried it
about 10 years ago. Kind of half heartedly but I figured if it borthers me I should at least try it. I didn't even finish the first month's supply ( which was 30 quid) as I got an almost immediate headache which never went til I stopped. Odd sideaffect, but it is not without them.
