I know they get a lot of stick, but as a callow 14 year old I always liked GK best.
He was the songwriter - once I'd worked out what meant, I wanted to be one too!

and deservedly so.
But Chant No.1 was good, as any fule no.

So was he resposible for this gem?

If so, he deserves sticks, stones, hand grenades etc. etc....
Or even

A sixth form poet would be embarrassed.
